By accessing ProIQTest.com (the "Site") and taking the IQ test offered on it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the test

The test on this Site is an online self-assessment inspired by Raven's Progressive Matrices. It is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a clinically administered psychological instrument, the score it produces is an estimate, and it must not be used as a basis for medical, educational, or employment decisions. The Site is not affiliated with Mensa or any other organisation.

3. Fair use of the test

You may take the test for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or republish the test questions or any other content of the Site without prior written permission.

4. Results and certificates

Your result page has a unique address that anyone who knows the link can view. The downloadable certificate is a personalised souvenir of your result and carries no official accreditation.

5. Advertising

The Site is financed by advertising (e.g. Google AdSense). Advertisements are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of external sites they link to.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of any score.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Site shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its results.
