1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing ProIQTest.com (the "Site") and taking the IQ test offered on it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the test

The test on this Site is an online self-assessment inspired by Raven's Progressive Matrices. It is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a clinically administered psychological instrument, the score it produces is an estimate, and it must not be used as a basis for medical, educational, or employment decisions. The Site is not affiliated with Mensa or any other organisation.

3. Fair use of the test

You may take the test for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or republish the test questions or any other content of the Site without prior written permission.

4. Results and certificates

Your result page has a unique address that anyone who knows the link can view. The downloadable certificate is a personalised souvenir of your result and carries no official accreditation.

5. The paid analysis

The test, your IQ score and your result page are free. We also sell one optional product: a detailed analysis of your answers, which includes a printable certificate carrying your percentile, a breakdown of your sixty answers, and share images. It is a single payment for permanent access to that analysis — there is no subscription, no account and no recurring charge. The price shown on the purchase page is the price you pay.

Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as merchant of record: they take the payment, charge any tax due in your country and issue the invoice. We never see or store your card details.

Because the analysis is digital content delivered immediately, your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days in the EU/EEA) ends once we have made it available to you, and you agree to that when you complete the purchase. If the analysis does not work, is not what was described, or you were charged in error, write to admin@proiqtest.com and we will refund you.

6. Advertising

The Site carries no advertising and no advertising network. The optional paid analysis described above is its only source of revenue.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy of any score.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Site shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its results.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always available on this page.
